Thank you to those who attended the Board Meeting, either in person, or via Zoom.  Below are highlights discussed and voted on during the meeting:

POOL REPAIRS
Our Community Pool will undergo an exciting facelift prior to opening at the end of May 2022.
This is long overdue and will include repairs and paint to the pool bottom, fiberglass sides, skimmers and tile, at an estimated cost of approximately $21,000.  Please keep in mind, our pool has far exceeded its life expectancy and to continue to open every summer, we must pass a State Inspection.  These repairs are necessary to keep the pool in a safe condition for our residents, as well as maintaining our property values. We hope this facelift adds many years of life to one of our most valuable assets!

2022 HOA DUES:
$300/Annually
Early Bird Discount of 15% ($45.00)
$255 if payment is received prior to March 31, 2022
$300 if payment is received between April 1 - April 30, 2022
$305 if payment is received between May 1 & May 31, 2022
Late fee of $5/per month starts May 1, 2022
**Please note: the above early bird date of March 31, 2022, only applies to 2022 HOA dues.  For 2023, in order to receive the early bird discount, your payment must be received by January 31, 2023**

*Please put your check or money order in the lockbox, under the clubhouse mailbox, made payable to CCHA.  Be sure to include your street address on the check or money order, so that credit is applied appropriately. Please do NOT put cash in the lockbox.  You can also pay via PayPal at https://paypal.me/cchabelleville?country.x=US&locale.x=en_US.
