CCHA has received numerous complaints from residents about code violations so we want to provide the following information to assist with mitigating and managing those neighbor disputes and code violations:

Other Notes:

Violations and complaints should be sent directly to code enforcement using the channels provided

They will need the exact address to respond to a complaint

If you send an email it could be helpful to provide pictures or other information as necessary

As of  May 2021, They are extremely short staffed and responses to requests could take a few weeks

They only have one code enforcer at the moment
